We may collect your first name, email address, travel preferences, departure airports, destination interests, member or access codes, and information you voluntarily provide through our forms or communications.

Orange Vacay does not require a traditional customer account or password.

Payments

Payments are processed by independent third-party payment processors. Orange Vacay does not directly collect or store full payment-card or banking information.

We may receive limited transaction information necessary to confirm purchases, provide access, maintain records, prevent fraud, or provide customer support.

How We Use Information

We use personal information only to provide and personalize our services, send flight alerts and service communications, verify access, respond to customer requests, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Travel Circle Messages

Travel Circles close approximately five (5) days after the applicable trip ends. Circle messages may be retained for approximately thirty (30) days and are then automatically deleted from active systems, except where longer retention is reasonably necessary for security, legal, or technical purposes.

Cookies and Tracking

Orange Vacay does not intentionally use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking.

Technical service providers may use cookies or similar technologies necessary to operate, secure, or provide their services.
